Our AP program is tailored to experienced athletes who are looking to get a competitive edge in their sport. Through the use of elite strength & conditioning programming, athletes will develop sound techniques over the course of our sessions.
Level - Advanced | 2-3 Years + of S&C Training
This is a one-of-a-kind performance program that boasts the creation of a strong foundation that your athletes can build upon into their future successes.
This is not a program that crams as many kids into a session as possible to just go through the motions. We want what you want…positive change inside and out.
Class Philosophy
Our curriculum is one of a kind and is delivered by coaches who understand what athletes need to be successful at the next level. We are looking to work with athletes that want to be the best version of themselves and are ready to show up and get better each day. The program consists of developing sound techniques in the following areas:

ROLLING ADMISSION: If you have an athlete that is ready to jump in, contact us to see when a good start date is. We allow rolling admission within the first 6 weeks for experienced athletes.
How do I know if this is a fit for my athlete?
If your child is playing competitive clubs sports, varsity level athletics, or striving to get there, this program is for them! They need to be proficient in movement and have had prior strength and conditioning coaching as a baseline. If we have not coached them before, we reserve the right to move them to our teens strength and conditioning program if we feel they are not yet ready for this level of training.
Athlete Performance is for athletes 13+ years old who are ready to commit to a 12-week strength and conditioning program that builds throughout the Summer. This program is 75 minutes long and is essential for athletes who are looking to make an impact next season.
Mindset training
The athlete game changer. For those that want to crack through the next barrier. Athletes will be coached on how the mind plays a HUGE role in success through the learned skill of goal setting, visualization, and positive self-talk. This will be more present in our AP program but will be introduced in our Jr AP program.
College Preparation
*HS group only.
Sessions will mimic the level of effort that is expected at the collegiate level. AP is lead by coaches who all played at the Division 1 or Division 3 level, with this experience our coaches directly relate and understand what it takes to play at the highest level. Movement, attitude and effort matter. This program will prepare any athlete that takes it seriously for whatever level awaits.
