  • Measure your height, weight, and body composition by using our InBody Scanner. Conduct a functional movement screen that includes flexibility, strength, fitness & balance.

  • Your Spark Coach will review, if appropriate, all our club offerings that will assist you to achieve your goals at Spark.

  • This is your next step to becoming involved at Spark. Your Spark Coach will discuss your options that may include: personal Training Demo, S3/S+C Classes, Tennis and Wellness/Nutrition.
