Junior Athlete Performance (Ages 12-15)
This program builds on the basics established in our Intro to Strength and Conditioning classes and is an ideal next step for those eager to further develop their athletic abilities. It introduces young athletes to fundamental weightlifting techniques and enhances their functional movement skills, which are crucial for developing strength, speed, and overall confidence.
This program is specifically designed to prepare athletes for more competitive sports and training programs, such as our Athlete Performance class. Ideally, this class is for athlete who have prior strength and conditioning experience (such as our Intro to S&C). Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
4:30-5:30pm (NOTE: Session 1 Tuesday is cancelled!)

Pricing (6 week commitments)
1x per week: $23/class
2x+ per week: $21/class
Class DROP IN or FREE TRIAL: If your athlete has never been to SPARK and you would like to do a free trial, you can select that option through the registration below. If your athlete is looking to just drop into a class due to not being able to commit weekly, please still fill out the form below with select dates (note that kids who are committed to all 6 weeks will get roster priority).
2024-2025 SESSION DATES:
SESSION 1: 9/8 - 10/19/24 (No class Tuesday during session 1)
SESSION 2: 10/20 - 11/30/24
*No Class on Friday, 11/29 due to Thanksgiving break. Prorating will be applied if necessary.
SESSION 3: 12/1 - 1/17/25
*No class on 12/24 - 1/1 Sessions will be prorated to a 5 week session. We will have a Holiday Break Fitness Frenzy!
