Individual Services

  • Our 30/40 day Resets & Challenges are designed to allow you to take a deeper dive into your current wellness and fitness routines with structure, education, and inspiration. Not a quick fix or diet, but instead you will set achievable goals in areas you want to improve such as sleep, protein intake, hydration, fruit and vegetable consumption, daily movement, and exercise. Team-based, you’ll have fun and build camaraderie and community, all while modifying behaviors and sending you on your best path moving forward.

    Cost: Varies, under $99.

    Often open to Spark non-members.

Resets & Challenges

InBody Body Composition Scan

  • Find out what you are made of. A three-minute scan provides insight into current hydration status, percent body fat, lean muscle mass and resting metabolic rate.

    Monthly Membership: This monthly membership is simply a scan, without professional analysis or coaching. Great for those who have already completed a Reset/Challenge or already have had sufficient exposure to the InBody scan results report. Cost: $9.99/mo. Spark members only.

    Single Scan: $25 member, $32 non-member

    4-pack: $80 member, $100 non-member

Spark Start
New Member

  • New to Spark, but unsure of where to begin? Upon joining all new members receive a complimentary Spark Start, your opportunity to meet with a certified wellness professional and review your fitness and wellness goals and help you find your best path. Included is an InBody Scan which provides insight into hydration status, percent body fat, lean muscle mass and resting metabolic rate to use as a baseline in your fitness journey.

    Cost: Complimentary to new members.

  • For current members who are looking to revamp their current fitness or health routine and would like to learn more about the support services here at Spark. Included is an InBody Scan which provides insight into hydration status, percent body fat, lean muscle mass, and resting metabolic rate.

    Cost: $45.

  • A monthly InBody scan and accountability meeting with a designated wellness coach who will provide individualized recommendations. This is ideal for members who are fairly confident in their wellness and fitness journey, yet still want some accountability and check-in. Also ideal for former 1:1 wellness clients who still may be looking for occasional guidance.

    Cost: $39/mo.

Accountability Membership

  • Want to fine tune your nutrition, body composition, and/or performance? As your fitness goals get more specific, dialing in on your nutrition helps fuel your training and allows for better results. We can determine the proper ratio of macronutrients (protein, fat and carbohydrates) to help you build your meals and make better quality food choices to achieve your desired goal.

    After a 15-minute interview with a certified Wellness Coach, you will receive a professional, 14-page report that includes daily calories, macros and portions customized for you. Includes an InBody scan and detailed, portioned meal ideas.

    Cost: $109/report.

    Available to Spark members and non-members, remote clients are encouraged.

Macros

  • For members who are currently working with a personal trainer, a bi-weekly 15-minute check-in to address overall wellness: sleep, stress, nutrition, hydration, and daily movement in conjunction with their training. This is a professionally-designed, structured program that will provide clients with the foundations of whole health.

    Cost: $99/mo.

    Available to all Spark PT clients.

PT Plus

  • Working one on one with a designated coach to develop an individualized nutrition and wellness plan designed to fit your lifestyle and help you achieve optimal wellbeing. Meetings with your coach will review and discuss daily food and behavior journaling, the nutritional adequacy of your current diet and strategies to improve daily eating habits with gradual behavior modification. You’ll develop an understanding of your own stress triggers as well as receive an overall nutrition/lifestyle education. Your coach provides support, accountability and guidance to help you achieve your best life, on a near-daily basis.

    Cost: 1:1 Wellness coaching is offered as a monthly plan ($300/mo. member) ($330/mo. non-member) or individual sessions ($85/session member) or ($90/session non-member).

Mental Performance Coaching &
Exercise Psych

  • Physical training is not the only preparation needed to improve your performance or game.

    A proper mindset, mental toughness, motivation, confidence, and overcoming personal obstacles are essential to maximizing your potential.

    Spark Director of Wellness Katie Boshko, MS, is trained to provide a safe space to discuss goals and concerns, then guide clients as they develop goals and action steps to improve their performance and daily life. Research-based concepts and practices are employed.

    Cost: 30 min session - $50, 60 min session - $85.

    Available to Spark members and non-members, remote clients are encouraged.

Endurance Nutrition

  • Fueling and hydrating properly can increase your power and performance and allows you to train, compete and race at an optimal level and recover faster. We provide a clear and concise personalized fueling plan that covers overall nutrition, as well as pre, during, and post-training recovery nutrition all designed for your unique needs, preferences, and race/event conditions.

    Cost: $85/session

    Available to Spark members and non-members, remote clients are encouraged.
