About Intro to S&C

Our Intro to S&C program is tailored specifically to growing adolescent athletes who are seeking to properly strength train and enhance their day-to-day living. This class will push athletes outside their comfort zones and begin to teach athletes the benefits of physical activity and mental toughness.

Our Intro to S&C program has a heavy focus on teaching proper mechanics and introduces the basics of agility, speed work, and strength training. Conditioning is masked by fun team workouts and naturally develops committed work ethics. Best of all, this class instills self-confidence and promotes the importance of healthy lifestyle habits.

First class free but must contact Youth Coordinator before arriving.
