Intro to Strength & Conditioning (Ages 9-11 Coed)
We are a home to everyoneβs fitness journey here at Spark. No journey is as important as starting from the beginning.
Our Intro to S&C program is tailored specifically to growing adolescent athletes who are seeking to properly strength train and enhance their day-to-day living. Our focus is on instructing athletes in the basics of strength and conditioning within a secure learning environment. Designed to accommodate those with no prior strength and conditioning experience (or very novice), it provides a progressive and supportive environment for growing athletes to advance their abilities safely.
Our Intro to S&C program has a heavy focus on teaching proper mechanics and introduces the basics of agility, speed work, and strength training. Conditioning is masked by fun team workouts and naturally develops committed work ethics. Best of all, this class instills self-confidence and promotes the importance of healthy lifestyle habits.

Each training sessions runs for 6 weeks, perfect to add into busy schedules or in addition to sports!

1x per week: $23/class
2x per week: $21/class
*10% Sibling Discount on 2nd Athlete
Class DROP IN or FREE TRIAL: If your athlete has never been to SPARK and you would like to do a free trial class, you can select that option through the registration below. If your athlete is looking to just drop into a class due to not being able to commit weekly, please still fill out the form below with select dates (note that kids who are committed to all 6 weeks will get roster priority).

SESSION 3: 12/1 - 1/17/25
*No class on 12/24 - 1/1 Sessions will be prorated to a 5 week session
