CrossFit for Beginners
Athletes who are new to CrossFit will have to complete 3 training sessions which build upon each other. These fundamental classes are mandatory for all Andover CrossFit members as it is a great introduction to learn the basic foundations of the sport of CrossFit to ensure success.
We have two routes you can take when it comes to our CF Beginners. First, is free. We offer a Free CF Beginners monthly. The second is our fast track option.
Fast Track CrossFit for Beginners 1v1 | $115
This option is great for athletes who want to get started right away! Beginners will meet with a coach for 3 on-ramp training sessions that are scheduled around the athlete's time.
Each day is broken up into different teaching points of performance and is progressive in nature. As athletes will quickly notice, these classes simply skim the surface of teaching with light weight to reinforce proper movement patterns & scaling options. Once all three classes are complete athletes have the green light to move to regular scheduled CrossFit classes. This is where you will truly progress and continue to gain confidence with each passing day while making awesome friends!
