What is our CrossFit Fundamentals class?
CrossFit Fundamentals is a runway course of three classes that is mandatory for all new ACF members, where we go over the basics and fundamental movements of CrossFit. We break down each movement you will see in class and the variations of them. We go over different styles of workouts, pieces of equipment, and more to help prepare you for your first class!

I’ve taken my FREE class, what’s the next step?
After you complete your FREE class, you can choose one of the two tracks for our CrossFit beginners program. If you are just starting your CrossFit journey, this fundamentals program is mandatory.
We have 2 routes to complete our beginner’s course so you can begin to take classes.

The joining fee is waived after membership is chosen.

After your 3rd month at ACF, you get $115 credited back to your account to apply to future membership dues or pro shop.
