Intro to the Gym Floor
Class Highlights
In this 60-minute class, you will not be working out, but learning how to properly use and care for the equipment, while learning about gym etiquette, best practices, and policies that allow you to have a safe, productive workout.
Join us in the general fitness area for an introductory session to all of our fitness equipment! Led by a Spark Personal Trainer, this is a basic info session for novice athletes who want to learn how to operate the fitness equipment at Spark. The coach will methodically lead you through the fitness floor, giving a short overview on how to use equipment in every section (cardio, strength, selectorized equipment, etc.).
This class is free to our members and will be the same each time. We have designed this to be a one-time, all-inclusive introduction to our general fitness section. So, come spend an hour with one of our awesome coaches and empower yourself with gym knowledge!

Spark Fitness & CrossFit Class Cancellation Policy.
There will be a $15.00 accountability fee to anyone who cancels out or no-shows a CrossFit or Spark Fitness class 60 minutes or less prior to the start of class.
