Programming

We program in-house led by Owner Kelli Vossler and manager Cam Burke. Our unique style of CrossFit programming has led to serious success for our community in regards to increased strength, and skill achievement, improved performance in outside sports, improved well-being outside the gym, high achievement in local and in-house CrossFit competitions, and much more. Typically, class always involves skill or strength 3-4x/week, with 2-3 longer workouts incorporated weekly.

  • 3/4 days of strength training.

    • Typically M/Tues/W/F

    • Skill/Technique-based Olympic Lifting progressions

    • 6+ week cycles of lifting with baseline and post-cycle testing

    • Gymnastics skill/progressions for both achieving first of a certain movement and increasing capacity in them as well

    2 Days of longer, endurance-based Metcons

    • One day of longer metcons of different priorities (AMRAP, for time)

    • Including various gymnastics, weightlifting, and more to build endurance among many movements

    • One day of lower-intensity, recovery work. Including machines, carries, static holds, skill work, and more

    Partner Workout for Saturday

    • One class is offered with a longer, partner workout.

    • Great opportunity to meet some different people from our community and different coaches as well
