  • There will be a $5.00 accountability fee to anyone who cancels out or no-shows a CrossFit or Spark Fitness class 60 minutes or less prior to the start of class.

    Reasoning: This fee is designed to foster a respectful and punctual class environment, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate fully and when spots sit empty everyone suffers, especially at peak times when people are turned away.

    How to Cancel: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If your late cancellation is due to an emergency or you moved to another class time on the same day, we ask you to call our Welcome Desk at your earliest convenience at whichever location you are registered and communicate directly with staff. If you have been charged and it is forgiven, you will see a credit on your account to be used for future purchases.

    Mandatory Class Sign Up:
    It is mandatory to sign up for classes on Club Cloud at least 1 hour prior to class start as this allows our coaches to prepare accordingly. We understand this will not always be the case, but if you plan on class, please sign up to reserve your spot. If you are not signed up for class before arriving at the club, you run the risk of being capped from the class. Classes are subject to cancellation if there are no sign ups 1 hour prior to class. Classes will be held with 1 or more members.

  • Snow/Inclement Weather:
    Our 5:15am & 5:30am classes will be determined if they are on or canceled the evening before by 9pm. Be sure to check your email/texts for updates. Best practice is to always keep eyes on our Club Cloud schedule or updates from the club for all other classes on social media.

  • Each membership has a different level of increased access. Everyone has access to tennis courts (with paid reservation), cardio equipment and weights in the fitness area, and locker rooms, including the sauna.

  • Monday - Thursday 5:00AM - 10:00PM

    Friday 5:00AM - 8:00PM

  • At Spark, we have daily and monthly locker rentals. Members can rent a locker for $20/month or $200/year. Inquire with brandy@sparft.com for more information.

  • Members may bring guests into the facility for a per-class fee, as outlined below. (call in for class rates)

    $10 per day for general fitness

    *Guests must be 15 years or older.

  • To cancel your membership, we require at least a 30-day advance notice prior to due collection on the first of the month. Failure to do so will result in your membership dues being processed on the following billing cycle.

  • We do not allow holds for less than 2 month unless it is a medical hold:

    Medical Holds: Require a valid medical note from your Doctor.

    Location Holds: If you are relocating out of town for a period of time and want to put your membership on hold, we require proof of a new address. No proof of address will be considered a cancellation and a joining fee will be required to reactivate your membership. You can do so for a minimum of 2 months and no more than 4 months for no fee.

    Holds going beyond 4 months will be subject to a $10 monthly fee.

    *Please note members are allowed one hold per calendar year.
