    Each class will follow the same format as our INFERNO periodized programming but in a format that allows you to follow along with an instructor.

    Each class will be formatted with alternating ratios of work to recovery, giving everyone a great workout at their own pace and weight.

Spark Fitness & CrossFit Class Cancellation Policy.
There will be a $5.00 accountability fee to anyone who cancels out or no-shows a CrossFit or Spark Fitness class 60 minutes or less prior to the start of class.
