Class Highlights

Our Classic ride takes you through hills, sprints, steep climbs and drills.

  • Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, and Hip Hop.

    Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome.

  • Spark Stride is a great option for anyone wanting to improve endurance whether it’s just for fun or to enhance your other athletic endeavors. All levels and all paces are welcome to this 30-minute all-treadmill class with a variety of hill climbs, speed, and endurance sessions interwoven with periods of active recovery geared to build stamina.

    Build the basics with our in-house Endurance Coaches and get the mileage you are craving in a fun environment!

There will be a $5.00 accountability fee to anyone who cancels out or no-shows a CrossFit or Spark Fitness class 60 minutes or less prior to the start of class.
