CrossFit Kids (Ages 5-8)

Jumpstart your little one into a fun, physically fit environment. CrossFit Kids is all about getting them moving in fun atmosphere that supports healthy living and educates them on the importance of growing up STRONG!

The philosophy of the class is to allow kids to embrace healthy movement led by passionate coaches. Through a variety of games and movements, we will introduce the world of gymnastics, coordination, healthy movement patterns, and FUN! With a strong consistent emphasis on basic mechanics, kids in class naturally develop physical literacy and body awareness that can translate into improved sports performance and fewer injuries as they grow.

Enroll today in our 6 week long training sessions! Perfect to add to busy schedules or in addition to! Athletes must commit to a specific training day and time within each session.

Saturday 8:30am-9:15am

1x per week: $23/Class
2x+ per week: $21/Class
*10% sibling discount on 2nd athlete

Class DROP IN or FREE TRIAL: If your athlete has never been to SPARK and you would like to do a free trial, you can select that option through the registration below. If your athlete is looking to just drop into a class due to not being able to commit weekly, please still fill out the form below with select dates (note that kids who are committed to all 6 weeks will get roster priority).

*No Class on Thu-Sat, 11/28-30 due to Thanksgiving break.  Thurs & Sat will be prorated to a 5 week session
SESSION 3: 12/1 - 1/17/25 
*No class on 12/24 - 1/1  Sessions will be prorated to a 5 week session. We will have a Holiday Break Fitness Frenzy!
SESSION 4: 1/19 - 3/1/25
SESSION 5: 3/2 - 4/12/25
SESSION 6: 4/13 - 5/24/25
SESSION 7: 5/25 - 6/21/25 (4 week session)
