Class Policies

  • There will be a $5.00 accountability fee for anyone who cancels a CrossFit or Spark Fitness Class within an hour of the class start time. There will be a $15.00 no-show fee for anyone who does not cancel out of class and does not show up.

    Reasoning: This fee is designed to foster a respectful and punctual class environment, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate fully, and when spots sit empty everyone suffers, especially at peak times when people are turned away.

    How to Cancel: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If your late cancellation is due to an emergency or you moved to another class time on the same day, we ask you to call our Welcome Desk at your earliest convenience at whichever location you are registered and communicate directly with staff. If you have been charged and it is forgiven, you will see a credit on your account to be used for future purchases.
