It's never too late to build strength and power while improving mobility, balance and cardiovascular fitness!

MOVE MORE” is a class specifically designed to help senior citizens or deconditioned individuals regain confidence in their bodies by taking a slower approach to fitness. If you're ready to experience the transformative power of incorporating balance, hand-eye coordination, and functional strength training into your weekly routine but feel like you can’t do it alone, this class is for you.

As we age, maintaining and building muscle is key to improving mobility, staying active, and living with vitality. MOVE MORE focuses on promoting long-term health with safe, effective exercises tailored to your needs of continuing to live an independent life.

What to expect:

  • Strength training is one of the most effective ways to build muscle, increase metabolism, and fight chronic disease. Whether you're lifting light hand weights, using resistance bands, or doing bodyweight exercises, you'll gradually challenge your muscles and improve your strength. With each class, you'll feel more capable, energized, and powerful.

  • As we age, muscle mass naturally declines, but with consistent functional training, you can reverse this process and maintain independence for years to come. The movements in this class are designed to keep your joints healthy, increase bone density, and improve your overall functional strength—helping you live a longer, more active life.

  • Strength training isn’t just for young athletes—it's for everyone! This class offers modifications for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or have some experience. You’ll receive personalized guidance and support to perform exercises safely and effectively, ensuring you get stronger while respecting your body’s limits.

  • We celebrate every milestone, big or small. As you get stronger, you’ll notice improvements in your daily activities—carrying groceries, climbing stairs, or even simply walking without pain. Strength training will help you regain your confidence and make everyday tasks feel easier.
