Personal training at Spark is successful because of our attention to detail and our high standards for professionalism. Each new member of Spark is given a Spark Start, a complimentary consultation that includes a conversation about goals, an InBody scan if desired, and a referral to a Personal Trainer for a free PT Demo. During the PT Demo, a game plan is developed and the bond between the trainer and client strengthens and as a team you work towards living a life of optimal health and happiness.

We also offer popular Small Group Personal Training, which combines the power of personal training with the accountability and motivation of a group-based atmosphere… all at significant savings as compared to our personal training.

Whatever it is, we are here to support you with our energetic and qualified staff. We will help you through goal setting and injury rehabilitation, making sure you reach your fitness goals. All of our trainers are nationally certified and are a leading example in the fitness industry.

Kelli Vossler

  • I love being part of something bigger than myself, which is why I chose to make an impact through fitness. Through coaching and motivating, I have seen athletes find their deepest hidden strengths and push beyond limits simply by believing in them. Fitness brings confidence which in turn will impact every facet of an athlete’s life for the better. Let’s get better together.

Katie Boshko

  • My mission is to guide SPARK members toward sustainable and holistic health from the inside out, leveraging proven physiological, nutritional, and psychological principles and strategies. I am extremely passionate about working with people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities.

Cam Burke

  • As a trainer, my goal is to make this hour the best of their day. People come from all walks of life and my mission is to help you reach your goals and be the happiest, healthiest version of yourself. Fitness is a lifestyle tool, and there are so many things you can accomplish in and out of our doors with this.

Jacob Fitzgerald

  • My number one priority is to help clients reach their goals in a safe and healthy way. Health and fitness should be a lifelong journey and I hope to instill my knowledge in all my clients so they’re able to continue that journey forever.

Brett Richardson

  • My goal as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) is to help people move better and feel stronger so that they can live healthy lifestyles. I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients/athletes reach their goals and increase their confidence to take on their daily activities. I believe training in movement patterns that we use on a day-to-day basis, or "functional fitness" can be really fun and challenging when progressed properly.

Jared Shepard

  • My priority is to help people feel passionate about fitness and healthy lifestyles and to help them be intrinsically motivated to make progress. I believe that in fitness and in life, goals need to be sustainable enough to reach, and exciting enough to stay motivated for the journey. Falling in love with the journey is what leads people to the results they desire, and motivates them to keep pushing towards new goals. I would love to help make a positive impact on people’s lives through fitness, and give them the tools to continue that healthy lifestyle, inside and outside of the gym.

  • My goal as a personal trainer is to not just improve one's fitness level, but also turn my clients on to improving their entire lifestyle through a committed daily routine. As a child, I learned the beauty of determination and resilience when doctors told my parents that the likelihood of me even walking was unlikely. My circumstance is what motivates me daily, allowing me to be an example to others by showing that if one commits to working hard and the trusting the process, anything can be accomplished.
