We are a home to everyone’s fitness journey here at Spark. No journey is as important as starting from the beginning. We offer classes for all ages from 3 years old to returning collegiate players. We have a class for each child’s level and will provide a place they can grow, learn how to work hard, and have fun!

Teens Strength and Conditioning

Our Teens Strength and Conditioning program is for general conditioning for ages 12 and up and is tailored specifically to growing adolescent athletes who are seeking to properly strength train and to enhance their day to day living.

Juniors Strength and Conditioning

We offer Juniors Strength and Conditioning as an introduction to the basics of a strength and conditioning program to pre-teens (10-12) so they can learn at their own pace.

Spark Performance Training

Our Athlete Performance Training is specifically crafted for the competitive middle school, high school, and returning college athlete who wants to get better and advance to the next level. Our intimate classes, experienced coaches, and affordable pricing for families rival anything out there!

CrossFit Kids

For kids 6-9 years old we are happy to offer CrossFit Kids. The philosophy of the class is to teach proper and healthy movement within a high energy and fun environment led by passionate coaches.

Mighty Mights program

For our small but mighty we offer little ones a jumpstart into a fun, physically fit environment with our Mighty Mights program. Through a variety of games and movements we will introduce the world of gymnastics, coordination, healthy movement patterns, and FUN! Open to ages 3-5. Classes are 45 minutes long.
