SCULPT Bootcamp is a signature class at SPARK.  Sculpt your body through light weight movements and heart pumping moves done in a circuit style class.  

Our instructors lead you from start to finish but the change happens within you when you mentally drop the hammer and push yourself to the limits!  Class movement choices are different each day but the style is always the same.  You will LOVE THIS CLASS!!

BodyPump™

Les Mills BodyPump has been an icon within health clubs for YEARS.  BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit.  It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors with choreographed moves to turn you into a lean machine.  

Keep an eye out on our schedule for BodyPump paired with a HIIT class for the perfect combo of muscle and movement.

Barre Fusion

You will achieve a full-body sculpting workout concentrating on toning the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms.

This low-impact workout focuses on small movements light weights, body weight and  isometric exercises that will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility.

You will work muscle groups to the point of fatigue, muscles are stretched for relief to create long, lean, supple muscles without bulk!
