Our mission is to empower our members to become the best version of themselves by being active participants in a community focused on tennis, fitness, and nutrition. We understand that some athletes need more accountability and professional guidance by a coach. Personal training at SPARK is successful because of our attention to detail. Each new member of Spark is given a fitness consultation that pulls back layers with a health and functional movement screen, allowing new members to get the best care possible. After this in-depth consultation, a game plan is provided and members are paired with a trainer who knows the athletes specific goals and past medical/injury history. By doing this, the bond between the trainer and client strengthens and asa team you work towards living a life of optimal health and happiness.
