Whether you're looking to improve your eating habits, boost energy levels, or simply feel more connected to your body, this challenge will help guide you every step of the way. We want to help you find your “WHY” and help you down your path toward daily progress.

We are rooting for you and we are here for you. This challenge is primarily virtual, with daily check-ins done online. However, you'll also receive face-to-face support and interaction as a member of the SPARK community. Our wellness team will be seeking you out for random check-ins or support along the way. We see you moving but now we are here to help you dial in nutrition so you can operate at your best.
The Goal
This 28-day wellness challenge is designed to help you reflect on your overall wellness by focusing on daily self-awareness, education and small actionable steps. Over four weeks you’ll explore key dimensions of wellness–hydration, nutrition, movement, sleep and mindfulness. Each week introduces a topic from which you will build upon, providing insights and offers daily challenges to encourage introspection and growth.
This challenge focuses on two key areas:
NUTRITION:
We know nutrition can feel complicated, which is why it is our goal to teach you how to make impactful lifestyle changes in a very digestible and practical manner. Bring mindful awareness to how you may be under or over fueling your body and how you can make lasting change through healthy habits.
MOVEMENT:
Are you moving enough to offset sedentary daily tasks? Maybe yes, maybe no - either way, let’s learn how to incorporate MORE movement that will set you up for success for the rest of your life.
