Our goal is to make sure we run a timely and FUN event that ends with some awesome podium prizes worth fighting for.  Cash prize for our first-place finishers!

Divisions
Teams of 3 - Same-sex
RX and Scaled

RX Standards:

  • Clean and Jerks starting at 185/125# and ascending

  • Toes to Bar

  • Chest to Bar Pull-ups

  • Bar Muscle-ups (at least one teammate)

  • Barbell Movements at 155/105#

  • Dumbbell Movements at 50/35#

  • Handstand Push-ups (kipping OR strict)

  • Box Jump 24/20"

Scaled Standards:

  • Clean and Jerks starting at 115/85# and ascending

  • Knees to Chest

  • Ring Rows

  • Chin Over Bar Pull-ups (at least one teammate)

  • Barbell Movements at 105/75#

  • Dumbbell Movements at 35/20#

  • Box Jumps or Step-ups 20"
