Athletes will be pushed to transform individual areas of weakness into strengths, over our 9 weeks, gaining the needed confidence as they move into their upcoming season. Each training session is 75 minutes long and is designed for athletes of ALL sports. Our summer performance camp is open to middle and high school athletes who want to prepare themselves for the next level, by coaches who have already been there.
