TEENS

The Teens strength & conditioning program is tailored specifically to growing athletes who are looking to properly gain strength and overall athleticism.  This class is for sports athletes or young beginners who are ready to become better conditioned for daily life.  

This class will help athletes gain strength and coordination by teaching (and building) upon basic foundations.  With a focus in unilateral strength training through the utilization  of body weight, dumbbells and kettlebells, and with a brief introduction to barbells – this class sets athletes up for success as they grow older.  Most of all, this class will breed confidence within each individual.  The intense conditioning aspect will teach athletes to build a competitive edge and mental toughness by pushing them out of their comfort zones.  

FALL SESSION BEGINS | SEPTEMBER 1st

TRAINING TIMES | M / W / F 3:45-4:45

Class is 60 minutes | Open to teens 13-17 years old

Please note, if your athlete is not yet 13 but wants to partake in this class we can offer an athlete assessment to find the right class placement.

JUNIORS

The Junior Strength & Conditioning program introducing young athletes to basic strength training in order to improve daily life and set them up for success as they grow.  

The class is focused toward building body awareness and improving basic functional movement patterns.  This class focuses on unilateral training through the utilization of body weight and dumbbells.  In addition to strength training, coaches will teach athletes the proper mechanics that enhance speed, agility and coordination. 

This class is guaranteed to allow athletes to gain strength AND confidence with a gym setting.  

FALL SESSION BEGINS | SEPTEMBER 1st

TRAINING TIMES |  TU / TH  4:15-5:15

Class is 60 minutes | Open to kids 10-12 years old
