The Junior Strength & Conditioning program introducing young athletes to basic strength training in order to improve daily life and set them up for success as they grow.
The class is focused toward building body awareness and improving basic functional movement patterns. This class focuses on unilateral training through the utilization of body weight and dumbbells. In addition to strength training, coaches will teach athletes the proper mechanics that enhance speed, agility and coordination.
This class is guaranteed to allow athletes to gain strength AND confidence with a gym setting.

Class is 60 minutes | Open to kids 10-12 years old
Please note, if your athlete is not yet 10 but wants to partake in this class we can offer a athlete assessment to find the right class placement.
