Introducing the basics of a strength and conditioning program to pre-teens so they can learn at their own pace.
Our focus will be body awareness, base mechanics and unilateral work as well as starting to lay the mental foundation of intensity with workouts. Our goal is to have these up and coming teens feel comfortable in their own skin through functional movement so no matter what they go forward and do, they are successful.
Class is 60 minutes | Open to kids 10-12.
Please note, if your athlete is not yet 10 but wants to partake in this class we can offer a athlete assessment to find the right class placement.
