This class is great to build your cardiovascular endurance.

Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises to HEART PUMPING MUSIC with our SPARK INSTRUCTORS to give you a great workout.

New to SPIN?  Be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your instructor and get set up correctly on the bike!  They will take care of you!

Spin and Sculpt. 

This class combines your typical indoor cycling classwith light weights that sculpt for a total body success!  You will be inspired to push yourself through fun music and choreographed cardio as you add on tension to build your strength and endurance.  

Be prepared to get on and off the bike or stay on for the full ride!  Each time is a new experience and challenge!
