What you get out of class.

This full-body fitness class prepares athletes for whatever life throws at them by focusing on general physical preparedness! Programming aims to pack the most punch for athletes by increasing overall fitness through a format that uniquely combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and high-power functional movements. Athletes can expect to train strength, power, agility, balance, and metabolic conditioning.

Classes are conducted in a fun atmosphere, under the stadium lights on the turf with a coach who will keep you safe while pushing you for more. All programming allows for modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and guarantees a great workout. If you are looking for a fast-paced fitness class, look no further..all you need to do is bring the effort and we will give you all the energy!

What you get out of class.

This class will push you to be your best all within a non-intimidating environment with the support of motivating coaches who teach you how to bump up the intensity. Programming aims to pack the most punch for athletes by increasing overall fitness through a partner AMRAP (as many reps as possible) template that uniquely combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and high-power functional movements.

This style of partner training is a proven methodology that inherently makes individuals work HARDER, which in turn creates change. All programming allows for modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and guarantees you will feel your best physically and mentally!

Teams of two, 10 ZONES, two Minutes of work at each station, for two rounds.

Includes but not limited to: Plyometrics, Power, Agility, Strength, and Monostructural Movements (running, jumping, rowing, echo bikes, sleds, battle ropes, etc).

  • HECK TO THE NO! We will team you up! But if you do come with another teammate, we will be sure you work together!

  • Typically it is a 1 to 1 work-to-rest ratio, meaning while your partner is going, you will be resting.
    But we do throw in some SPICY stations that have both partners working at the same time!

  • We have modifications for every fitness level! All you need to bring is your effort and a good attitude.

    We will teach you how to scale down or level up!
