Spark Sweat is a fast-paced class, giving athletes the push they need to reach their fitness goals in a fun, energetic environment. This circuit style class is built on high intensity conditioning with light weights and amazing energy from other athletes and your coach.  Programming varies from day to day, but athletes learn to conquer foundational mechanics to ensure safety.  Athletes are in motion throughout the entire class, led by our experienced coaches who will modify and adapt for each athlete, making it perfect for all fitness levels and great for high caloric burn!

Small group high intensity conditioning, paired with light weight and high rep strength exercises and plyometrics.

Class length:
45 minutes, except Saturday is Sweat 60

80% conditioning and 20% light weight/high rep strengthening.
