Sweat is SPARK’S Premiere Bootcamp that will make you feel like an athlete by training like one
This full body fitness class prepares athletes for whatever life throws at them by focusing on general physical preparedness! Programming aims to pack the most punch for athletes by increasing overall fitness through a format that uniquely combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) and high power functional movements.

Classes are conducted in a fun atmosphere, under the stadium lights on turf with a coach who will keep you safe while pushing you for more. All programming allows for modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and guarantees a great workout. If you are looking for a fast paced fitness class, look no further..all you need to do is bring the effort and we will give you all the energy!

INFERNO

SPARK’S premiere strength class where we trade out some intensity to cash in on the burn!

Inferno will make you stronger and build lean muscle through bodybuilding style programming mixed in with your traditional functional strength training. Programmed by the SPARK Fitness Coaches, INFERNO gives you total body results through high reps with low/medium weight that will lead you towards desired aesthetics while creating the “afterburn” effect on your body. 

Classes are conducted in a fun atmosphere, under the stadium lights on turf with a coach who will keep you safe while pushing you for more. All programming allows for modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and guarantees a great workout. If you are looking for a fast paced fitness class, look no further..all you need to do is bring the effort and we will give you all the energy!

You will learn how to lift with proper form and get motivated by your coach, the music and others around you! All classes will be in our revamped Premium studio that is equipped with brand new FITBENCHES that include Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Med/Slam Balls, Resistance Bands and MUCH MORE.

LIT & LIT ENDURO

Spark’s Low Impact CARDIO Class is here to stay.

Low Impact Training (LIT) will build you up while not breaking you down! Low impact but high intensity conditioning will include the C2 bike, C2 Rower, and the C2 Ski to shed body fat and strengthen your heart and lungs while incorporating bodyweight and core focused movements to ensure success. 

How hard and far can you go?

Work on the minute or settle into the saddle for longer endurance pieces during our LIT ENDURO class. Time to find your lungs and strengthen your mental game!

LIT INFERNO

Made for every body, LIT Inferno is next level as we combo our two signature classes to give athletes a full 60 minute metabolic burn.

Prepare to increase your heart rate and then find your active recovery through low weight, high rep strength movements.

What to expect:

Time domains vary but we stick to the plan of increasing lung capacity and shedding fat through functional bodybuilding.
