MomStrong provides a stage for mom’s to perform their best through fitness while their little crowd is watching.  A functional fitness class with a strong emphasis on midline stability, total body strength and HIIT as conditioning.  The best part is that children of all ages are welcome!  A coach provides fun fitness activities but kids have the option to free play with the understanding of rules and boundaries established by the coach and parent.


Mom Strong is a class for women.  It is not just understanding pregnancy and postpartum.  It’s about being able to coach female athletes through the course of their lifetime of athleticism.  Female athletes have specific goals, needs and considerations and SPARK understands that pregnant (or eventually pregnant) and postpartum (which is forever) women deserve to be proved specific guidelines during different transitional times in their lives.
