Kelley Meade | Certified Spinning Instructor

Having taught Spin for more than 20 years, Kelley is considered to be a Lifetime Achiever Spinning Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc.

Kelley has always been an outdoor cyclist and gym enthusiast, and she knew as soon as she took her first Spin class that she wanted to teach. Kelley trained with the guru of Spinning, Johnny G, and continues to enjoy sharing her passion for Spin with all ages and levels of ability.

Coaching Philosophy:

Just keep moving. Whatever age or shape you may be in, Spinning can be for you. The key is to take it one step at a time. You can make a spin class as hard or as easy as you want it to be. To me, it is like medicine for the mind – a life saver.

Getting to know Kelley Meade

I come from a family of seven children, I am the third. Four girls and three boys.

I went to night school for ten years and finally graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a Degree in Business. I also have an Associates Degree in Transportation and Tourism from Bay State College.

I was a cheerleader in jr high school and high school. I also ran track and participated in many races including a few biathlon’s. Cycling has always been a favorite of mine.

Take care of yourself because you only get one body and one adult set of teeth.

Spend time alone.

Any Oceanside village that would be peaceful and beautiful with no crowd.

I am inspired by many people, mostly older people. I love having role models who I can look up to and yearn to be like.  I am also inspired by little three year olds who seem to have a different type of wisdom. I take a little bit from many people along the way.

“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.”  – Helen Keller
