No matter which level you choose, your nutrition and health coaching will be holistic in nature: we do not simply “prescribe” diets or macros blindly. Instead, we use your own personal data—how you feel in your body and mind, how you perform, how you sleep, and more—to make recommendations about what to eat, how much, and when. Then, we track how you feel after these adjustments; we keep what works, and tweak what doesn’t. While many clients have a goal of losing body fat or improving their workout/sport performance, most agree that they do not want that to come at the expense of energy, sleep quality, etc. This is why we track and consider all aspects of a high-quality life, and ensure that everything is in balance as we chip away towards goals.
