SPARK offers a variety of classes that cater to your needs and all levels of fitness. For beginners, we recommend easing your way into movement with one of our ZUMBA classes or a SPIN class that you can take at your own pace. For our veterans, we offer classes that run back to back, so you can get off your bike and head right to a SCULPT Bootcamp or YOGA Power Flow class if you choose!
