Our Athlete Performance is our most advanced youth athlete training and will prepare high school athletes physically and mentally as they progress within their competitive sport.  

Over the course of each session, athletes will be pushed to transform individual areas of weakness into strengths allowing them to gain the needed confidence as they move into their upcoming season.

Spark Performance Training Focus:

Our curriculum is one of a kind and is delivered by coaches who understand what athletes need to be successful at the next level. We are looking to work with athletes that want to be the best version of themselves and are ready to show up and get better each day. The program consists of developing sound technique in the following areas:

  • Unilateral & Bilateral Strength
  • Explosive Power
  • Speed & Agility
  • Conditioning

This is a one of a kind performance program that boasts the creation of a strong foundation that your athletes can build upon into their future successes.

This IS NOT a program that crams as many kids into a session as possible to just go through the motions.  We want what you want…positive change inside and out.

How do I know if this is a fit for my athlete?  

If your child is 13 or older, playing competitive clubs sports, varsity level athletics, or striving to get therr, this program is for them!  They need to proficient in movement and have had prior strength and conditioning coaching asa baseline.  If we have not coached them before, we reserve the right to move them to our teens strength and conditioning program if we feel they arenot yet ready for this level of training.

Each training session is 90 minutes long and is designed specifically for athletes of ALL SPORTS.

SPRING SUMMER BRIDGE:

June 14 – 18th

MWF 3:15pm-4:45pm

 

SUMMER TRAINING SESSIONS: June 21 – August 23rd

TRAINING DAYS/TIMES:

  • MONDAY – FRIDAY 7:00-8:30am
  • MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY 3:00-4:30pm

PRICE: PICK YOUR DAYS/TIMES:

  • 3x week $595
  • 2x week $450

* 4x/week for college students or senior aspiring athletes

*Payments are expected to be paid in full unless approved by Kelli.

*Athletes can only attend classes day/times they register for.  We will try to be flexible as the athlete’s training is our first priority but must ensure there is space in each session.

Mindset training:

The athlete GAME CHANGER. For those that want to crack through the next barrier. Athletes will be coached on how the mind plays a HUGE role in success through the learned skill of goal setting, visualization, and positive self-talk.

College Preparation (HS group only):

Sessions that mimic what collegiate athletes do for the high school athletes that have aspirations of playing in college.
