Adult Strength & Conditioning:  This is the class that will start you off strong and help prevent injuries!  

Adult S & C:

Adult S&C is a class that will help you achieve your goals while giving you the attention of experienced coaches that you deserve.  This class focuses on increasing the functional movement capacity in adult athletes through a program that will cover full body strength and include agility, power, and conditioning in a fun and challenging environment.  *No previous experience is needed to start today but we do limit classes to 12 participants!

Class Length: 45 minutes T/Th 6:30am, 9:30am, 12:00pm, 6:00pm
